Kynthai Health Technologies ("Kynthai," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of your health information. We maintain the privacy and security of your Sensitive Health Data, to provide you with this Notice of our duties and privacy practices, and to notify you following a breach of unsecured health data.

Kynthai may use and disclose Sensitive Health Data only as permitted or required by law or as described below. We will not use or disclose your health data for any other purpose without your written authorization.
Kynthai uses and discloses health data to provide, coordinate, or manage your healthcare and related services, including: medication management and adherence tracking; consultation scheduling with doctors and labs on the Kynthai platform; care coordination with designated family members or legally authorized representatives; symptom analysis and AI health insights (advisory only); prescription and lab ordering and result delivery.
Kynthai uses and discloses health data to obtain payment for services rendered to you, including: verifying insurance or subscription eligibility; submitting payment claims; processing subscription and consultation payments through Stripe, Inc.; managing billing disputes and refund requests.
Kynthai uses and discloses health data for activities related to the operation of the platform, including: quality assessment and improvement; professional credential verification; business management and administrative activities; compliance with regulatory standards; conducting audit and compliance functions.
Kynthai may contact you to provide: appointment reminders and confirmations; medication reminders and adherence nudges; lab result availability notifications; information about treatment alternatives or other health-related services.
You have the right to request that Kynthai communicate with you by alternative means or at alternative locations. Such requests must be submitted in writing to privacy@kynthai.app.
Unless you object in writing, Kynthai may disclose to a member of your family or designated person health data relevant to that person's involvement in your care or payment. In the event of your incapacity or death, Kynthai may disclose to your personal representative health data relevant to their authority.
Kynthai will use or disclose health data to the extent required by law, including: reporting abuse, neglect, domestic violence; responding to court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful process; providing information to coroners or medical examiners; facilitating organ or tissue donation; conducting approved research; reporting disease, injury, birth, and death to public health authorities.
Kynthai may disclose health data to public health authorities to prevent or control disease or injury; when Kynthai believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to health or safety; to emergency contacts linked to your profile in an emergency.
Kynthai may disclose health data to a health oversight agency for activities authorized by law, including audits, civil or administrative investigations, inspections, licensure, or disciplinary actions.
Kynthai may disclose health data in response to a court or administrative order, subpoena, discovery request, or other lawful process. Kynthai will make reasonable efforts to notify you and give you an opportunity to object, unless prohibited by law or it is an emergency.
Kynthai will never sell your health data or use it for advertising purposes.
You have the right to inspect and obtain a copy of your health data in your designated record set. Requests must be submitted in writing to privacy@kynthai.app. Kynthai may charge a fee for copying and administrative costs, not to exceed the amount permitted under applicable law.
You have the right to request amendment of your health data for as long as the data is maintained in the designated record set. Requests must be submitted in writing with a reason supporting the amendment. Kynthai will respond within 60 days. If Kynthai denies your request, you may submit a statement of disagreement to be appended to the record.
You have the right to request an accounting of disclosures of your health data made by Kynthai for the six years preceding your request. Kynthai will provide the first accounting in any 12-month period at no charge. Requests must be submitted in writing.
You have the right to request restrictions on uses and disclosures of health data for treatment, payment, operations, or disclosures to family members. Requests must be submitted in writing. Kynthai is not required to agree except as required by law.
You have the right to request that Kynthai communicate with you by alternative means or at alternative locations. Kynthai will accommodate all reasonable requests submitted in writing to privacy@kynthai.app.
You have the right to receive communications from Kynthai about your health data through a confidential channel of your choice.
You have the right to obtain a paper copy of this Notice even if you have agreed to receive it electronically. Paper copies are available at privacy@kynthai.app or by mail.
You have the right to be notified of a breach of unsecured health data without unreasonable delay and in no case later than 60 calendar days after discovery.

Response Timeline: Acknowledgment within 5 business days. Resolution within 30 calendar days. Complex complaints will be extended with written notice of the reason and expected resolution date.
